Abducted - an Exosphere Holo-Deck Scene You've spent the day hiking through the forests, but now, it's dark and you're lost. Suddenly, you hear a strange noise overhead and a dark shape appears above you. A powerful beam shines down and you feel yourself being lifted up into the black sky and pulled towards the light... The next thing you know, you're on the deck of a flying saucer, surrounded by aliens performing experiments on abductees. And you're next! Features include…
Once you’ve explored the alien saucer, you'll still need to escape and get back down to Earth. And quickly, before the saucer leaves orbit for good. Animated poses: You can use the sets of abduction poses built into the alien equipment. You'll find poses in the body scanner, the inspection table, the tubes and even the "horse grabber" platform. Touch the special panel on the wall in the end room to get a menu to remove all the mesh abductees. Don't worry, they'll all be back the next time you select the holodeck scene. Then, touch one of the padded surfaces and get your camera ready. Escaping the Saucer: You won't stay undetected for too long. Start looking for something that might get you back down to the planet surface. I think there's a teleport control panel in a rear alcove close to where a fem-bot is busy dissecting a horse they beamed up earlier. Look for a terminal of some sort. These aliens have come a long way to get a close look at us and they're not going back empty-handed. Good luck escaping them. Everything’s cleared away by selecting "clear" from the Holodeck menu. The build is a blend of prims, mesh and sculpties giving a total land impact of a 95. Installing this Holodeck Scene To install this new scene, rezz this Install box near your Holodeck controls, touch the Scene Installer panel & the scene will install automatically. | The Dark Woods: Once you've passed through the holodeck doors you're in the woods at midnight. Turn around, and you'll see the lights of the town behind you. Head for these when you want to leave the scene. You might spot an object glowing amongst the dead branches in the dirt. Walk over to take a closer look. As you study the object, a huge alien flying saucer will suddenly appear above you and a powerful energy beam shines down. Touch this beam and you’ll be pulled up into the alien spacecraft. The Flying Saucer: A malfunction of the alien’s abduction tractor beam has rendered you undetectable to the occupants of the saucer, so you're free to explore its interior. The central area is for abductee inspections but there are some rather unpleasant scenes down the side chambers of the saucer. Some force field barriers are green but will turn red if you try to breach them. The Aliens: The aliens are very curious about humans and they're especially interested in their reproductive system. They move their animesh bodies as they study their human captives but leave the menial work to the fem-bots. The Fem-bots: These are the aliens workforce. They're robotic female androids with a metallic body and work around the interior of the alien craft. You’ll see them operating equipment and performing tasks. The Abductees: There's several abducted victims, both male and female. Their clothing has been removed for analysis. Some of them are on tables or scanners, others are in specimen tubes. Don't mention the horse. The Inspection Table: The central table is reserved for special examinations. It's equipped with high intensity lasers for deep body penetration. One of the beams shines straight into the subject's eyes, paralysing them, so there's no need for restraints. Another beam has a built-in laser for making surgical incisions. The Body Scanner: There's also a body probe scanner, controlled by one of the fem-bots. It's using a high-powered laser to deep-scan a female abductee, who squirms a lot when struck by the laser beam. Specimen Containers: Some of the abductees are kept in stasis in specimen containers. One container even has the remains of a non-human specimen - well, let's HOPE it was non-human. The Fluid Cylinder: Part of the flying saucer interior contains a cylinder filled with fluid - and several twitching tentacles. A fem-bot is swimming around while a submerged victim fights for breath. Something very nasty is moving about at the rear of the tube. Animesh: They move! Some of the mesh figures are animesh and will move as you watch them. The aliens and fem-bots even beam in and out, so you may see them teleport themselves around. These animesh figures move autonomously, look great and have a zero land impact. |
