Starbase Command Control 26 prims for module 11 prims for accessories The Command Control module is the nerve centre of your starbase operations. This is where you can manage operations such as viral outbreaks, alien threats, approaching asteroids, rebel invasions, crew rebellions... in fact, whatever you want to role play. There's plenty of space for you to move and interact with your assistant commanders and other staff. The main door slides vertically open on touch and can be locked. When you enter the Command Centre, you walk down a ramp into a large circular central area with a tech column and a couple of curved hand rails around the perimeter. There are wide windows that give a sweeping 360 degrees of visibility around the Command Control. By deploying an amazing future technology, the physical size of the widows viewed from inside the Command Centre are significantly larger than the external windows. Check out the photos and see for yourself! Monitoring stations: Around the perimeter are six monitoring stations, each one with a dedicated chair and screen. with a pulsing display. The multiple poses are adjustable and will remember up to 6 different avatar settings. Data screens: There is also a bank of larger mesh data screens above the stations that show crucial functions of the starbase. These displays are animated but you can turn them all off (or on) by touching any one of them. They will flicker off in a random sequence - it's a really cool effect. | Commander's Station: This is situated behind the central column and consists of two command station chairs, one for the starbase commander and one for their second-in-command. The seats are multi-posed and adjustable for avatars of different sizes. In front of the station is an angled data screen showing an animated star map. There is also a huge convex data screen that displays a horizontally scrolling set of data screens. You can change them to your own data textures if you wish, as everything is modifiable. The big screen can be turned on or off by touching it. There is a Magno-Bolt attachment plate at the base of the column to make the placement of your accessories easy. Just touch the plates to align them. The Magno-Bolt accessories include the six monitoring stations and the six data screens, all mesh constructions. |
